does anyone know if the spawns have been changed? the auto has been acting differently.

I do know there was a minor tweak to it a while ago; apparently, there was a bug in spawning for some time, that compbatant recently fixed.
I do not know the details; however, I would expect there to be some difference.
Is there a problem with it?

not necessarily a problem but definitely different. like instead of 2 waves of specifically counted and triggered spawn coming at normal increments, they come more sporadic, more out of sequence. sum1 in my clan actually reported this to me so i haven't actually noticed it myself as i have been working on quests. i told him it may be to throw potential afk grinders off a bit to stop this activity from happening. he said it happened at one place he usually grinds at but not in a different spot. might be buggy, was just wondering if this was intentional.

Lol. I think that anyone who risks their account afk grinding is already a bit "throwed off." Just my opinion.

I think what you're describing is the "map limit" of the amount of mons on 1 map.

Like I've noticed there's only a certain amount on mons that can be spawned at 1 time on any single map. If there are several people spawning in different areas they can "block" other spawns from creating any MORE spawns until some are killed. Even if you spam across the spawn line, nothing will be spawned until some of the mons get removed.

It's actually really annoying tbh, but it has been around for a while AFAIK

no. i know what you're talking about although i would love to read a previous post about that topic. :) this is different. like all of a sudden, monsters start spawning non-stop and not in the sequence that they were counted in the auto. like pure chaos.

Hmm, idk I'll try and pay more attention to see if I can see it happening as well. I personally haven't noticed any differences though

check through madmikael's old posts - be had one long ago about some specifics of spawning (including this "auto spawn") ... additionally, like he said, compbatant did say recently that he fixed a bug which was causing too few spawns at least in some areas (though i know no real details) ;)
