Ghost Dwarf

As I understand it, Ghost dwarf is supposed to spawn somewhere near bank on the hour every hour. It seems he has not spawned several times now, last occurrence 02:00 game time. Is this a bug, or am I missing something else?

Sometimes he spawns to the right of the shop and towards the middle right of the map also.

He can truly spawn anywhere on the map. If no one is near he will despawn so you have to run to him quickly. It's always at .00
For example
1:00
2:00
3:00....

AFAIK, he happens to spawn everywhere in the Bank map, at .00 (as Cleopatra already stated) and is always in a hurry. If no one is close and at hand, he's not going to spend time hunting for prey nor wait until he's reached.
My suggestion to those who really want to meet him, is: group up with other players and scatter group in the whole Bank map (so that he'll have someone close enought to target and won't vanish) then be ready to run toward him wherever he spawns.

I don't know for definite but my instinctive answer is no; simply because there is no real need to record time in the rpg (meeting up with people, logging faults , afk players and such like).

Best way to find out is check though, I guess. It'll require an hour on the same map but it'll answer your question about ghost dwarf.
