Guards of the barracks

I think that I found a bug which we all overlooked.

When some guards attacks you and you stand without move, you will regen hp while they attack. So they can be attacking you and don't do damage.

I think that this is a bug because if some lvl 100 attacks you , you don't regen hp while he attacks, although his damage is very low.

I think the no-regen mechanic applies to pvp. All npcs would not qualify, whether monsters or clan guards. Good catch, though.
