Sound Stops Working

Is this a bug anyone else has encountered? It just randomly turns off and its not because the i turned it off. Some things i noticed thou is it only happens while playing this game and unfortunatly this is the only reliable device i have that i can use, so its not like i can try it on another phone or tablet. It also happens on an alt i play, the sound will suddenly stop working, but when I log off and come back on its fine. There are a lot of other little bugs too that are fixed using the same method, like, i cant target someone sometimes or touch my pet (and u can imagine how that might effect pvp), but when i do a log off and come back it works again. I found this cure all exsists for a number of issues like when weapon is on auto fire, auto fish, auto chop, auto mine.. i logg and come back and its temporarly fixed.

As i play i notice more to it like my keyboard still makes typing sounds although the music has stopped. I think the sound effects stop also, but im not sure they do (i'll try to make more observations) but when it happens i cant generate effects sspontaniously so im not sure, but once i think i heard a cow moo.

Should i unistall the app and reinstall it again? That might be the only real trouble shooting thing i can think of worth trying, but thats why im asking. if its an issue that should be investigated i wanted to point it out to be fixed. Thank you!

As a first investigation step, please try cleaning the app cache and observing if it's helping
This is a recommended periodical maintenance: cleaning the cache generally improves your device performances, often including lag reduction

If happens that sound stops is noto so bad at all.. Killing a plenty of green devils with 'hahahaha' in ears all the time is a torture )))

I missed this thread when it was originally posted.
Hope you got it worked out.
Clearing the cache was a good idea; also, you could reinstall too.
The point of the green devils, although not really helpful, is true and even kinda funny.

I am not really tech savvy; but I do have experience with games.
Typically, bugs like this can be caused by having an under-spec device (which is unlikely with FT); it can even be caused by lag.
I myself get some wifi performance spikes, which cause all sorts of bugs, including the ones you describe.
How good is your internet connection? Can you test that?
Also a possibility, is that you have apps running in the background... this could cause symptoms similar to an under-spec device.
Check to see what you have running, and close anything you do not need.

Other than that, maybe it could be a conflict with your exact device?
I really couldn't say... but if you let us know what you're using, maybe it could help.

Also, try. Not having too many things downloaded to your device like music, pictures, apps, and videos etc.
