Have you tried to recruit members at spawn map?

Beware ppl that join clan just to get items and read carefully list of scammers before clanning someone

i tried to get some from 1st map, but no one want now, all want to lv up...

Perhaps if you let potential members know that they do not only have to build and that they will be able to adventure and explore the game also. Few will be apt to join if they think they will be only building. Perhaps a workload requirement every week. Not something outrageous though.
