That quest is part of the main storyline, thus it's going to be with you for a long time.
The next step is unlockable at level 75, so you can start it already: the four houses.
I suggest you going to have a chat with Nelrogg, a guy who likes camping in map 2.-3, where his tent and fire are

Iam level 93 for a long time but i can't finish the Great houses quest... I have unlocked the three houses but one of the rebel's request was very impossible to craft (the mithril hammer) where I can't find a swamp club....is there anyone who knows where can I find one?

Mithril clubs are dropped from one of the mobs on the houses map. I've come across a few grinding on the map before, so if you see someone doing so you could check with them as well as asking around spawn.
