I tried to seach forum but engine won't search by numbers.

How can I get to maps 4,-2, 4,-3? I tried from 4,-1, from 3,-2, from upper part of 3,-3 — no use.

You can't enter maps 4.-2 and 4.-3, because they have not been implemented yet.
You should be given a system message stating that. Please let us know if you don't

I've seen no system messages. Otherwise I wouldn't post it here .
Maybe it is reasonable to implement a message on trying to enter these maps?

There is actually one, which is shown at attempts of entering non existing maps. Reading your post, I was suspecting you are missing it.
Please, let me know the language you play in, the kind of device, and your game name (even via a private PM, if you feel these to be private data)

I've been playing for a while and I've NEVER received a system message about non-existent maps. Usually, when I try to enter a map that doesn't exist, nothing happens.

I play on a Samsung Galaxy Note Tab 4 with v5 OS (I think)

I think, the system message only worked on maps that were added for test purposes.
I don't recall ever seeing the message before that.
So, the message would be shown if the map existed, but not accessible to your version.
It applies too if you have an outdated version of the game I think.

The same for me. None of my characters has ever seen the message.
I use English version at Galaxy Tab2.0 Li(t)e.

Unless a map is being added, there is no message. Same for map 4.1, or any map below y-3.
