I have the Quest " Take 5 soul weapons to the worker at devil's Castle" I have all 5 weapons just can't find the worker I got the quest from to return weapons and finish quest I thought I got quest from the Smith upstairs by green devil's but he won't take them he only takes and crafts +2 weapons I also tried the 2 devil's and Ninja.
Do I need higher lv to finish quest My Archer is lv (624)?
Who and we're did I get this quest from i can't remember I was running from devil's lol PLEASE HELP IF ANY CAN..

If I'm thinking of the right quest, I was told its in the main level (not inside green devils), in the large room on left side, he'll spawn near the bottom left of that room.

Walk to bottom left side of that room, he will spawn there.
