Bank bug?

Bank bug?
Im not sure if this is a bug, but might be worth an explanation. I have items in my backpack. I have two pets in my house. As you can see by my screenshot, I am at bank and it shows items in bank and the number 4( representing my 4 slots ) but it.does not show the items that are in my backpack.

Have you updated to the latest version of FT client app?
