Ores for crafting should stack in inv.
Is it just me or does anyone else feel that ore takes up far too much inventory space? Why not make it to where 1 inventory slot can hold 5 ore each. This would really help when 20 Coal/Iron/Steel/etc. ingot are needed for a craft, that's 60 ore/inventory spaces required. I don't know about anyone else, but I just dont have that kind of inventory space on hand. Would anyone else find this useful?

Very useful indeed. For potions as well as different types of ore.013Sephiroth wrote:Is it just me or does anyone else feel that ore takes up far too much inventory space? I think all instances of the same common item should stack, up to 9 identical items per inventory slot (so that a single digit is enough to show quantity).
Common items are ores, potions, spells, planks, stones, gems, fish, wolf meat, stings, etc.
Items that can be equipped (like gear and purchasable items like levels) and quest items (except as listed above) should not stack.

That was my exact thinking when I made the post. I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels a need for this in gameArashiko wrote:I think all instances of the same common item should stack, up to 9 identical items per inventory slot (so that a single digit is enough to show quantity).

Throwing knives, axes, fish, speed pots, unfreeze pots, and health pots should not be stackable.

Stone and fire missiles shouldn't be either.Ryaca wrote:Throwing knives, axes, fish, speed pots, unfreeze pots, and health pots should not be stackable.
Would players want items to stack the same in clan buildings?
If, for example, ores group in stacks of 5, a castle could hold the equivalent of 500 fire missiles worth of coal (15,000 shots). A clan could potentially horde a ridiculous amount of ammo.

The stacking should be backpack (and extra backpack) only. Tavern, bank, clan buildings and pets will have nonstacking slots

...and that reminds me of an off-topic, but related, point: the ability to drag and drop items around the inventory. Apologies - this should be in another postArashiko wrote:The stacking should be backpack (and extra backpack) only. Tavern, bank, clan buildings and pets will have nonstacking slots
