I think it should be if ur caught using a bug (namely new bugs that haven't been/aren't noted by gms) should be jailed indefinitely until they show or tell how it's used including whether a rooted phone is needed or whatever the specs needed to use it

1 bug I'm thinking of in general is the bug where u can have like 20 pets at 1 time......its a joke....ive seen some huge lvl hikes and I can't definitely point my finger at them but I wouldn't doubt that they've used such or similar bugs....i could only imaging the lvl gains if someone was to use 20 bee or red dino pets.....200 lvls a day prolly wouldn't be unheard of

We only jail when we have proof of bug abuse.
A screenshot is insufficient to jail.
With the 20 pet issue we now know how it is done.
One player has already been jailed because a GM has attended a report, seen the 20 pets, and jailed.
We don't jail on reports alone. We have to see the abuse first hand.

We don't like doing this... but we have actually done something like this in some cases. Really, it depends on how severe the bug is. If it's a bad one, yeah, we can jail all your accounts, and if you still don't cooperate, yeah, we could even block you from playing altogether... but that doesn't always solve the problem. There are multiple ways we can figure these things out, it's just a matter of time.

As Arashiko said, we know how this bug works, and we do punish for it.
Sure, if you report a player, we'll look into it.
However, we won't jail until we see them actually abusing it (in this case, having more than 2 pets).
A screenshot/video is just enough to spark investigation, but not enough to warrant punishment.

Oh, and one last thing...
we have been working on our repeat offender tracking....
it's not perfect yet, but it has always existed (pretty sure that rule was there when I started, it was just numbered differently)
repeat offenders can be (and have been) punished more severely

There is also a player that has appeared out of nowhere to attack me several times on different maps. Literally appearing right in my vicinity. My duke has also witnessed this and he believes that somehow this player is teleporting somehow. This player also is believed by many to abuse the "bag bug glitch", where they can have way more items in their pack than they should be able to with 2 seiges. This player has some very old accounts that have been jailed. One of them permanently. They have been in FT since the start.
