bought house for sale again

bought tower at viking island bridge yesterday.
now its for sale again.
there are several lv750 and 500 items in it as well.
also lost pet rushingvthere when i was told it was for sale again.

il attach screenshot with my name on it from yesterday.

Just do a quick check and make sure you have your receipt.
Get the GPA code ready in case you're asked for it.
Working on getting attention to this ASAP.

In your gmail, you get a receipt.
If you have a bank transaction, you'll definitely have one from google.
There is a code on this receipt - a really long number, that starts with GPA.
This is the receipt from google itself.
Having this receipt makes finding the actual purchase in the server like 100 times easier.
Admins always require it for purchase problems.
I'm not positive if you'll need it or not - just get it ready if you do.
Hopefully we'll get this fixed asap.

Not for pets, house, but also not for purchases in other games, ebooks, etc.

It is attached to your google play account
I've heard there is a way to find it from google wallet - but I never figured it out.
Do a little searching on google or google play - I'm sure you'll find a guide that applies to your area.

have not heard anythibg yet and it is still for sale. friend got up to confirming payment then stopped testing it.

i suggest to remove the whole tower temporarily if the sale cannot be taken of. i asume mateusz is unavailable since i havent heard anything yet.

its a real money purchase for a substantial amount. you wouldnt want other too buy it too and end up having to sort all that out later.
as it is you will already have to check logs for items put in it by me and pet losses trying to check report this.
