More choices for purchase pet selection

The way it stands, once you hit level 22, you can no longer select the first 33 pets - even though you're technically high enough level for them.

Now, you may think, "why would you want those pets anyway, when you have better ones to choose from?"

Truth is, some like pets just for show - they look cool, or whatever.
Even if the pet is weaker than what they could have.
I see no problem with them opting for a weaker pet if they choose to - if it dies, it's their fault anyway.

I would suggest, that when a player has more than "1 page" of obtainable pets:
- the page with the strongest available is shown first (as it is currently)
- a "back" arrow be an option, to go back a page to weaker pets (which after use, a forward arrow appears, to return to stronger pets)
- some text at the top to indicate what page they're looking at - "Levels 2 to 20" for example
