Arena quest

Does anyone knows if the arena quest bug is fixed ? The quest it's inside of devil's castle ,2 floor
Walking through the darkness, i shall not fear , the moon my light, my shadow is the only one that walks beside me and some stars guide my path .

He asked for a medal from black dragons , i killed those dragons ,after that ,the guy's "?" desapeared........how can i get a medal if i can't talk to the guy again ?
