reading signs

I am unable to read any of the signs in the game, whether it be a city sign or any of the ones in the new map. It would be nice to read the ones in the transportation building in the new map

Please make sure you're using an up to date version of the app.
Also, at the login screen, you get the "loading... wait".
That is where the game can be downloading some new content.
It is needed that you let this happen - it is also known that it may abort if you have a slow connection.
However, I don't think this affects signs.

The only thing I know of that can affect signs is having an old version of the app...

Try also to clear your game cache, game data, and phone cache. Perhaps restart your device.
You could even uninstall/reinstall the app.

If none of the above works, please provide more info.
What type of device you're using, the OS, what speed of connection you have, whether it's personal or its a work/public connection etc.

It might also be due to notifications being set to "not active"
Open Android app page, select FT and set notifications on, if they are off

Ahhh the easiest and most likely solution.. and usually that's what escapes the mind lol --- MadMikael
