Since this was seen publicly, I'll address it publicly.
Any item that is set as "unreleased" (such as this sword), will vanish on a normal account.
The exceptions are GM accounts and set tester accounts, which can enter the new map instead of getting kicked to start.
That account belongs to a game tester.
That account is testing the new content, and has access to items that normal players cannot get at this time.
So don't get overly excited yet - you can't get it yet.
Just think of this as a "sneak preview" of some things to come
