Money Lender

As we know sometimes we need money for various quests or to buy certain items. So i would suggest a money lender who lends us money(gold) in time of need and whom we have to repay back the gold later(obvoulsly more gold). The money lender in return would keep an item from our backpack. I mean just as we keep item in house , we keep the item the money lenders backpack. The money lender then values the item and gives gold as he seems worth it. Later when we retrieve the item from him he charge 10% to 20 % gold extra.
For example::
Lets say i keep a dwarven pendant in his backpack. (Dwarven pendant sells around 31m in shop i guess). So for 1 Dwarven pendant money lender gives let say 25 m gold and keep the pendant in his backpack. Later if we want the pendant back we pay little more (let say 35m to 40m) to get our pendant back.

There are many items in my house which i really don't need and which i am scared to sell in shop or players (in case i need the item for any future quest).. so if a money lender is there then i don't need worry as i can get money for that item also and also get back later from him if i need it in future quests.

As we know an item we sell in shop is gone for ever (unless its available anywhere else).so that's why this is a way to get that item back..
