Mana/hp vendor on map 4.1
I have been there the last 2 days. Is there a reason he has nothing for me? I haven't purchased anything from him at all.

I think you mean map 4.1?
Aside from that minor detail, idk what's wrong. Unless there's a quest involved (I haven't been there yet), or a bug similar to the miners in Ardesia City (now fixed), it may be that you simply aren't stepping on the spawn point for them.

Yes, sry. 4.1. Still, that is the question. I know others are completing the same things I am and am not having this issue. The quild has a new quest today that I have not been allowed to access as well. Can someone please tell me what is wrong.

if this is the guy who wants 50m:
i beleave its similar as the 2k altar offering. for paying 50m you get a chance you get a manna pot which is needed at a quest. but also a (bigger) chance you get nothing). not sure if like 2k quest you can try only once a day
