Amulet of Old

OK, I can't buy this amulet at the Human Camp shop because I'm not welcome! so, that leaves shop 195, which I can't find! Can someone tell me where to find this shop? Or, any human camp friendly adventurer willing to buy the amulet for me...I'll pay back.

You mean amulet of old(lvl100)?
You can buy it at the ice-cave shop.
