Dwarf Dugeon Key Missing

I just noticed my accts are missing the little red Dwarf Dungeon Key...My main is the only one that has finished the altars quest...my other 4 over 100 still must complete this, which is why i noticed...i was getting ready to do altars on my 2nd highest acct. I may not have gotten it on my lower accts so i may be able to share, but others may have this issue without so many accts.

when the altar quest was added, the key was added as a drop from the dwarves too... great type of thing to bring up and make sure though
