There is a portal in the ghost devil cave that i paid 500 mil to activate and send me to devils island

Do i have to pay 500 mil everytime or is it a one time fee?

pls make all portals a one time gold thingy. i hate to give gold again and again for transfer. the devil island boat takes 40m for each transfer. i was hoping that after Bal Muen quest complete it would be free but it's not.

there are 2free ways there. through kraken island cave and through that portal. and back through mainland through kraken or portal in castle)

yes i know the free ways. but those are too long. if the portals were free after some quest or after a one time payment it would be much better.
anyways after the lvl 250 HOH quests many NPCs don't ask for gold while transferring and treat like a hero. so maybe these become free too after some quests

i rather not have these places too easy to access.

if ride to devil island, was free or platunum very fast to access it would make hunting others so much faster and easier for those high lvls who like to kill others.

now at least guys like jaya have to spendtime trying to find me and other prey.
