I am level 114 archer. I just finished the Shipper's Mother's Quest in Ardesia. Is there any quests i can do now? Thanks!

Spoiler alert!: Show: If you finished the Shipper's Mother's Quest, you'd better talking to Joe, the clerk in The Local Tavern & Inn. He gives the quest like shipper's quest.

I found the first mother but cannot find Joes mother anywhere.
