Account bug

My account Swifty has a bug in the craft skill, it's only when crafting planks. I get no experience for the fails my skill is not at 100% it's lvl 5. I need help,it's been almost a year now. Thank you

At level 5 your crafting percentage for planks will be pretty high, so your xp for fails will be pretty low.

I am facing the same bug on my "super arch" I failed crafting like 40 planks, my craft pts was 4228 before fails, after fails it still 4228, with my friend all is good but my account is bugged.
This should be fixed. old year I was getting 100 pts for failing on planks but I get 0.

I've also noticed not getting points on fail on other items. So, I don't think it's limited to planks

I haven't noticed the experience but often even though I have trunks or ore left
in my backpack crafting stops. I have to exit craft menu and re-enter to get
them crafted again. And sometimes I craft an item and no message is given
that it was successful and I check backpack and oh it was crafted! Not a big
inconvenience as it does get done eventually but working poorly at present.
