I don't know what to do with this quest
Emap mine has no npc

map 1.-1 is where the "crafter" and the "witch" is.
If you got that quest you have been to Kedington - Map 1.-1 is one map to the right (east) of there.
The mine is in the top right (NE) corner.
Go onto the mine ... and go down as far as you can go, the NPC will appear, but be ready for a fight!
I'll fight for what I think is right!

Basically, if you enter the mine on the blacksmith map you will be at the top right corner. Walk left and then down towards the bottom and you should see the dwarf appear around the crossroads.
