Is this a bug?

I got ring of protection from witch in the north and quest says talk to ascanius.

i went to 0, -2 ascanius is there but nı marker above his head so i can not speak with him.

I did two bracelet quest before, did i supposed to this quest before it or is this a bug?

Have you done any of the quests in the library yet?

Also, make sure you save items like the ring, rope, candle, maps, and other special items. I would suggest the bank or northern tavern to keep these things safe as it might be a few levels before you use some of them.

i have done some quests in library.

i am at the quest which sebastius wants a wasp's sting, green flow spell and iron plate

Keep going with that quest and the follow-up one and check in with Ascanius when Sebastius gives you your reward.
