I have had a few friends who can't start it. The catch seems to always be that they need to talk to Nelrogg before the ice rebel. It might be good to update it with that kne small detail. Then again, they may not be reading it at all! Haha. Thanks again for the great work!

Early in the game it's "if you don't know what to do talk with Ascanius."
Around the houses it's "if you don't know what to do talk with Nelrogg* and Proditor." That seemed to work for me a few times
