hello i purchased a skin successfully via playstore but it never came on my acc. im new to this game. cant find where to activate it can someone please me on what to do?

Did you purchase it through Google Play? Check your purchase codes and today's date. Do not display the code publicly on the forum, but instead send a pm to GM Inbox.

you need a free slot in your bag. free one slot, and relog.
The skin will appear in your bag.
open it and make your choice.

If that not works...make a screnshot and send a short info with a text to the GM-Inbox pm on forum !

i have 5 item on my bag when i bought skin coz im lvl2 that time. ill try to relog alot but nothing happen. and also how to send photo on pm? or in forum sir? coz im new to the game and this forum still a lot of things to learn

and btw i was watching ur vid past night when i start the game

If you have another character, you may want to check that one for the skin instead.
