carbon ingots

Hi
Does anyone know how I can craft carbon ingots

Collected the ore but no where to craft them. I need 10 for a quest and seems very strange I can't craft these
Tried blacksmith but doesn't do that ingot

I dont own a house or part of a clan, but surely that shouldn't be compulsory

I am currently lvl 690 if that helps

There are a number of items that require you have a house or have access to clan crafting, carbon ingots are one of those items. It's an easy craft so hopefully a friend can help you.
