I see so many poor Princess Resa, who escaping the evil skeletons and begun on a journey to her father at the King's Residence by her hero, find it all takes a rather dark turn and instead of protection and care she is thrust into forced service. And our poor underage Amazon girl bought and sold at the Brass Monkey thinking she will return unto her aunt finds herself bought for further slavery, poor despised and mistreated Helga! And our poor adventurer rescued from the skeleton cave instead of being reunited with his family at Kedington pays permanently for his rescue by toting around goods for an oppressive owner. Oh the saddest of tales, the height of injustice, the numbness of feeling and decency, and the greed of possession and the pride of superiority. Oh lament and charge, cry out and protest, disdain and avoid the lazy owners that refuse to grow up their alts to gain legitimate pets who want to serve! Oh the dishonor, oh the broken promise, the miscue of rescue, the allure of dominance at such little cost! 
However, perhaps in this little tirade of humor there is a small nugget to contemplate.
