Cyclops Eyes

Can anyone tell me what drops Cyclops Eyes and where to find them? I would assume it would be a "Cyclops," but I don't remember encountering any Cyclops anywhere in the game. Unless it's one of the one eyed monsters like the red ones under Silverwood, but the eyes are level 1000, and I haven't seen any one-eyed mobs that are anywhere close to level 1000 either...

At 0-2 right tower click on it there's a quest finish it to able to go in .
If i remember u ll need to kill some catacombs knights for keys + need boots 1k dex...

Thanks. I had done the steps up to getting the extra tower a while ago, but stopped because I was only lvl 800ish and wasn't strong enough the kill the knights and forgot all about it. I'm at 1700+ now, so should be able to complete it now.
