disappearing pet

my pet just disappeared while it was on waiting in the plasma cave
I waited two orger pets lvl 500 at a safe place ( just at the entrance), I later move to where the very up on the left side still all pets where there
I later swamp 2 plasma golem at where I was and killed them, right after killing them I went offline and play some other game, I later log in to lvl up at my new spot and boom just one pet was showing, same at the HP under the map, I have seen some happened before and always I relog and it reappear but not this time. the pet was gone, I have not played with the pet for even 2 days and it just disappear like that
please do something about it
