Dexterity cap?

Dexterity cap?
I was thinking about PvP balancing and i thought maybe a cap on dexterity only would help us all out? I suggest having this slightly above the highest dex monster in the game for pvm reasons. And doing this i would think it'd even things out a bit plus this isn't doing a "level cap" so we could still have the support from level buying players I'm not sure the outcome of a fight between evenly matched dexterity but i would think if your dex is matched than str/arm come into play to determine who wins the PvP match right so if that is the case this will make things a little more fair and exciting

If this were to be done, then everyone would be running around with capped Dexterity.
This would cause an issue, because there would be no variation. The higher level will always win, while the lower level would never stand a chance. With uncapped Dexterity, it evens the playing field.

Always follow the golden mean, very high dexterity won't pay you well in PvP.
