I heard an offer of a boton on login menu that gives you an option to answer 5 safty questions that will get you acount back if you lost password.

there is nothing like this implemented so far.
if you lose your password, u can contact a game admin. he will check the server and compare the given infos with it too.
this is for security reasons. after, he can give u the present password or reset it too.
