Fire Arrow
Okay what I have seen is that in PvP and attacking monsters I use fire arrow and it works perfectly like on same level-ish players and monsters but when it comes to high level monsters or players it takes very long to actually work or even not work at all ...Idk if this is a bug or not haha..

Not 100% sure but i believe it has something to do with oponent dexterity, you need to hit the oponent for the skill to work, and if the oponent is higher lvl than you he probably has more dexterity than you, so its harder for the skill to work.
