items dezpawn too soon

I was at archer field lastnight and I fixed me a drink came back my war dogs hp was red before I could move he was dead thats not the problem of course the problem is my alaters hat specter wand and backup lvl 50 hat was in his inventory I started dropping pots to pick up my gear but my the time I got out of my backpack witch took maybe 15 seconds I got to see my gear vanish. My screen was full of my pots and gear for about 20 seconds then it was all gone. I really hope someone can go to my logs when I last had it all in my pack n get it back for me because I got too much time in getting the gold for my hats and me and my clan worked too hard for my specter wand to just vanish because of a glitch or bug in the game.please help me out if therres anything that can be done to get my gear back.
