Please contact one Administrator using PM, giving as much info about that account as you can (do it by PM, dont post here on fórum information about the account) and they will check waths wrong with the account password.

If you use the fórum full style, you can look in the bottom of the board índex page and where it says legend just click game administrators (green color), inside you have a list with all the administrators. Just click on the name of the administrator you wish to contact, then you just need to click pm and write the message you want to sent.
