why is PVP so messed up?

Seriously PVP is getting annoying, I'm only 107 Mage and even now I'm getting sick of how running robes costs me more than I make. Always some punk that will be sneaky and jump you, just today I lost Alastar hat and crystal braclet by a low lvl Mage and a 103 archer jumping me. Yet when I go back to I can't touch the 103 archer because he's to weak? Jesus PVP system is trash. And the 7 sec log issue? Oh thanks, so if I get jumped by a few people I just have to accept I'm going to die again. Is there no way to disable PVP? Or PVP safe spots to train? Otherwise I just don't see why I would want to continue putting forth time and effort that can be so easily taken away by some punk and his friend that feel like ruining your day.

E: I'll be going back to D3 and D2. This game at it's current state isn't worth playing.

I agree 100% an easy fix is simple... if an unclanned person atks another person. Ot a clanned person atks an unclanned person... ATTACKs. Not kills.....he becomes an outlaw. That simple.. then anyone can kill the bstards....

Btw today I was thinkin about way to solve spawn kill.
For exmaple player1 spawned many monster and they all attack player2,and if P1 target P2-all monster start attacking P1

And,if it sholud be really PUNISHMENT,add more bad points for outlaw.
Maybe autoattack by towers,and 100% drop chance in PvP?
So people will HUNT outlaws

I have been around for over a year now and this subjects never goes away.

The three level below restriction is not bad, but an idea brought up way back on the old forum was to set the limit the other way as well.

So three levels below and above may attack and be attacked by each other.

Its simple.
Its EASY to code in.
It would stop BS like happened to StickyKse and many others.

simple solution make pvp for clan only,an once u join clan must wait a certain length of time to declan
