In (almost) every other mmorpg i played there were like top 5 weapons in the game. So called legendary weapons. If u had one u were the boss ;)
I would suggest a legendary weapon for each class ( except mage maybe cuz he would be overpowered)
First. The name of the weapons and the stats would be written in orange instead of white ( idk but i kinda think this would underline the legendaryness )
Second.It is a drop either by boss or enemies ( difficulty around stats of ghost archer or red cyclops? ! )and ofc is super rare so a drop rate of 0.1% or even less and because of that it cant be dropped in pvp.
Third.It should have really good stats ofc not too overpowered but bettrr than every other ordinary weapon.also i think u should be able to already wear it at lvl 100 so also the " little players" have a chance to use and show it ;)
And last. All of them should have really cool images.
Let me explain... i was wondering why the lvl 100 bow and many other high lvl weapons have such a unexciting image ( dont get me wrong the images are good but ... just see what i say next)
While for example the Blood sword image is amazing ( could be a good image for legendary sword)
I mean to be honest on my sword i never used the blood swors cuz its lvl 14/15 and most players are above lvl 20 when they go in the dungeon.

I just think it is good to have something like this what every player can reach for so the excitment dont "glows out" of ppl who reached everything they wanted in this game.
And also for the others ;)

How about no bow for archers, since there already over powerd as well >_>

Bro i already suggestet things like this some months ago....Never got response of Mods. One mod told me my suggestions are not acceptable...Pah only cuz they cant handle their brain to suggest such nice ideas its not my prob - -

im not a mod but new items are being designed.
for mayor changes pvp and alliences are the priority i think. please realise that theres no big company behind ft. its just one guy (but i thinks maybel he got help based on recent posts) programming and some volunteers. this means changes may be slower or cause some problems. But it also means we players ca actually influence where the game goes. It can become 'ours'. from experience i can tell u they take our suggestions serious and many are implemented.
but with conflicting demands thats not always easy.

ft is the only game i know which is mostly designed by its players. sure compbatant probably has a plan, but we make a big difference. I love it for that and its a big feather in the hat of compbatant.

Well if he needs help I'll be more than happy to help. From tuning private d2 servers like d20, writing scripts for tals,kol, kuk, and many other bots, not mentioning all the item generating I did on d20 I could help him out, could design a generator that would allow new dropped items to have varying stat points really easy and I think it would be a great add
