Maybe why not make shop clan building , only guys of that clan can use it and would sell rare items or maybe pots or maybe new items
Stats would be like farms but lot more hp also would need planks and stones to build maybe 200 stones 50 planks
Maybe is not perfect the ideia give suggestions
