Remove lvl requurement

People often cant get things which are required to finish quest because of dangeon/craft lvl requirement.
For example ingots quest. People cant get mithril ore until he reaches lvl 50. So, please, move mithril to another dangeon without lvl requirement or remove lvl requirement...

I agree with Insiders, low lvl can't make good quest with a lot of xp.

but lvl50 or so requires lvl75 to craft plate. and throne quest? same story, but about mithril ingot and cyclop dangeon...
