help with training and money making on RPG game

So I'm level 11 I've been to the library and got the rose book but I get killed quick from the guys inside. I was wondering if there a spot I can train on monsters who give good xp and drop good items besides the yellow archers I don't have 25 Dex yet for them and I'm tired of training on the orcs by the Smith any suggestions?

At lvl 11, I believe I did a lot of grinding at the pirates on map -1.-1. You can get a good spawn going, not difficult to kill, and they drop gold, pots and swords to sell.
