There's know marker to talk to him.I'm level 151 if that matters

Did you show Ascanius the ring?
Do you have Blue key2?
What quest log says?(as blitz asked, lol)

Fortunately I just finished it in then MMO version but I don't think that makes a difference...
You need to get the ring from the Witch. Then take the ring to the guy with the 2 bracelet quest in the snow map.
Return to the spot you were at in your pic and there should be a question mark above the NPC after that you're supposed to enter in the door on the right side.

Do you have map of mountains heart.,gave by man want leave in city? Then talk to cook,you find him in house south east of same map(mining camp).

Idk ive been finishing it with moderator help and he said i need Key2 in backpack. I had to kill Devils LoL
