Lets make hungry bar of food , or maybe 10 leg chicken each 5 minuts one of that chickens leg dissapear , theres come food, maybe make new food to game cakes , milk , all types of food maybe make new food shop

idk about death - too harsh, but how about 50% damage when starved and 110% when satiated?
100% damage at about 50%-95% full

Mages are just aliens from alternative universe. You see they need their staves and scrolls to cast 'spells'. Technology

So when were pink mushy stuff after someone fills us with arrows. Or squashed with castle cannon balls and end up at the woodcutters house. Or when our skins change to reflect different things. In some cases changing from alien to human to worm to devil to wolf to even an undead reaper.

Yep. Camouflage tech. And at woodcutter's it's not the same person. Copying tech. Think Stargate energy-to-matter transition or same in borderlands.
