why adds when I pay for no adds?

I've played mmorpg since day1. I bought your no adds add on and guess what? The odds went away for 2 years till now. Why is there adds when I paid. Further more I repicked up your rpg version and I paid the higher price for add removal and I have adds pop up all the time. What is 6he reason for this how can we resolve this issue. ? ...

Its Google Play problem, so sometimes ads are back, try to clean Google Play cache and relog into Google acc. Sometimes it helps, though ads usually disappear in some hours
