What: when upgrading a clan building and runout of stone, i continue to gain skill even if i dont use up stone
Why: coz earning building skill exp without really using resources
Other comments: seems to only happen when the building does not require anymore planks but only stone
P.S. to be honest i did use it for a little so i accept any punishment i may face
