Maybe have skins as class ranks.
Say you are an archer

Archer->Bow Stan->Hunter->Ghost Archer->Fire Archer


Give opinion on what you think =)

The new rank is given at certain lvls
Lvl 0 -> Lvl 30 -> Lvl 60 -> Lvl 100 -> Lvl 180
