How about a quest reward.
I've been thinking for a while now, why don't we have an item to show/reward players who have done every quest?
A simple basic item that any character could wear or something slightly different with charter apperance would do, just some form of recognition to the players who have done every questhat would be awsome.
Simple, easy, great way to show honor to those who have devoted alot of time to the game.
Sound good?

Re: How about a quest reward.
it's good, but needs some thought applied to. quests are always added, so there's no permanent 'all quests done' item that can be carried.
...
maybe it could be done automatically, as a list of non-transferable traits, signified, by, say, an outline around gear item e.g.:
outline around chest item means all quests done which involve 'saving' a person, +1%HP;
outline around weapon - all quests where fighting is concerned, +1% STR;
shield - protection (think city protection) - +1% ARM;
etc.
when new quests are added, all players automatically lose the bonuses where new quests come in play, until they finish those.

Re: How about a quest reward.
Most simple way to show achievement of having completed all available quests is a different color text of such player's name....
Such bonuses mentioned above in my opinion are crazy unfair, I mean sure 1% bonus seems like a very low bonus at first glance, but when your character has 1000 STR, and you add 1% of 1000 to it, your STR jumps 100 more points, not such a small amount any more huh, considering the increase is almost the equivalent of jumping 50 lvls, 2 perk points per level, I know I'm not the only one smart enough to see this would be ludicrous to implement in this game or any game.

NO..
you have 10 is 1% of 100,
100 is 1% of 1000
(There are 10 tens in 100, each 10 is 1%....
same for 1,000,
There are 10 onehundres in 1,000.)
