I cannot got one of my three kings.

One of my three kings died and now I cannot pick him back up. The ? Is gone from above his head. I dismissed my other 2 kings and started over and still cannot pick up the 3rd king. Help please.

Bring the two kings that follow you currently, to Martek's stronghold first.
Then you will be able to pick up the third king.

(It is because you can only have 2 followers at a time.)
