Missing quest log in black pearl quest

I talked with man within cow fence - but quest log was not changed. No new quest was added into log, as I think that is new quest, even if it is only sub-quest of black pearl quest (similarly to library quests).

I think all its just the get the black pearl log until you get golden dragon and actually get the black pearl.

Hi. Quest log not changed - did you talk to guy inside tavern? If so, its OK. They just told you where to get pearl. You need lvl 360 to finish it.

If I understood you right - that was your question. Or not?

This quest is in tavern, to start it, you should talk to pirate.
