New walking NPC
I added few walking NPC to make the villages more vivid.
You can see woodcutters going to forest to chop trees and fishermen going to the lake and rivers.
Later I will add more different walking NPC.

I have just released beta version 4.12.6.
What changes will you see? I hope nothing will look different;)
I made few internal changes which will allow adding languages written from right to left, there are also added some new graphics which will be enabled on server side later. Please report if something was broken.
